Full, unfettered access to the first nine seasons of Family Guy for seven quid. What's not to like?
If you’ve not seen Family Guy, then you need to take a long, hard look at your life and reassess your priorities. Without doubt the funniest cartoon comedy on TV, Family Guy follows the Griffin family as their patriarch and chief bufoon, Peter, gets himself embroiled in all manner of sticky situations and then spends the rest of the episode trying to extricate himself from them. The Family Guy app gives series lovers access to every episode from all nine seasons of Family guy, and at £7 for the whole lot, looks like something of a bargain. read more

Animated mouths that cleverly move in sync with your own speech
The Story Kids go nuts for cartoon lip-syncing. A big hit on the iPhone has been Smack Talk, in which animated animals squeakily parrot the phrases you’ve spoken into the microphone. Mouth Off is, however, an even cleverer app, as it works in real time. Hold the phone just right, screen pointing towards your audience, and start talking – it really will look as if the lower third of your face has been replaced by that of a lip-syncing monster/animal/vampire etc. That said, the app does not actually alter your voice.
