Intent on ‘pwning’ the Android gaming market, Gameloft has released yet another teaser trailer, this time to give us a taste of its forthcoming third instalment of the Modern Combat franchise.
Modern Combat 3 features a brand new story-based campaign mode spanning no less than 13 missions, where the main protagonist must fight ‘an apocalyptic battle for US freedom’ (what else?)
Alongside the single player campaign there’s a multiplayer element that sees 12 gamers battling it out over six maps and six different modes with a total of 90 different experience ranks to learn. Naturally there’s also a vast arsenal of weapons, attachments and modifications to choose from.
And in typical, interminable US form, Fallen Nation is apparently heading to Android and its lesser cousin iOS ‘this autumn/fall’ which leaves us almost as in the dark as we were before. Thanks for that. Still, at least there’s a suitably awesome trailer to watch…
