You can buy pretty much everything else on Amazon so why not add Android apps to the list? Amazon’s plan to launch a Droid app shop has been in the pipeline for sometime now but a post on its official blog outlined some new key features, suggesting the app emporium may be close to opening its virtual doors.
The upcoming app store is based on Amazon’s current online shop experience, using the same customer behaviour algorithms to recommend similar items to ones you’ve purchased, apps other people have also bought and other downloads to consider. This will be the case whether you’re searching or just browsing the store. Amazon promises this will provide developers with a more targeted audience. read more
