Android topples BlackBerry as America’s most popular platform
More studies put Droid at the top of the heap in the U.S.
At the weekend Life of Android reported that Android had become America’s number one smartphone OS, courtesy of a study from Neilsen. This report got its results from a snapshot of the population rather than a broader canvas but it seems this analyst’s poll wasn’t too wide of the mark after all. Fellow analysts, Comscore has delivered another, more comprehensive study, yet again proclaiming Android as the numero uno in the States. read more
